    Abstract: 在多媒體教學軟體的設計方面,使用者介面( user interface )是一項非常重要的課題。它不僅扮演著使用者與電腦之間的溝通橋樑,更是深深的影響使用者對軟體的滿意程度以及軟體本身的教學效果。目前國內雖然有許多使用者介面的相關研究,但是對於教師與學生,甚至是教學軟體設計人員而言,目前並沒有完整的中文教材或書籍,提供有關使用者介面的基本知識與設計方法等相關資料。對教學者而言,必須自行從不同的領域中收集相闊的資料,還必須收集或發展相關的教學範例,這對教學者而言是一項很大的負擔。而學習者或軟體設計人員,往往因為缺乏完瑩的知識概念與實際的應用範例,而無法深入了解使用者介面的相關知識,進而活用於教學軟體的介面設計之中。因此本研究經由收集整理使用者介面的相關文獻與資料,歸納分析其相關知識,並配合教學設計的方法來發展一套教學教材,以提供相關課程教學與學習之用,並經由專家評鍾與教學評鑑,收集專家、教師與學生的意見作為教材修正之參考。最後,本研究設計與發展出「多媒體教學軟體使用者介面」課程教材,包含學習手冊、教學手冊、輔助媒體三部份,學習手冊是學生上課的主要參考資料,而教學手冊與輔助媒體別提供教師上課教學之用。在教材的評鑑方面,相關人員對本教材都給予正面肯定的評價,研究者並參考其意見進行教材之修正,完成本教材之開發。
    On the design of instructional multimedia titles, user interface is a very important element. It serves as a communicator between user and computer, and has a great influence on the learning effect of instructional software. There are a lot of research about user interface, but only few Chinese teaching materials and books are available for instructional purpose. Therefore, the major purpose of this study is to collect user interface' s information and examples for instruction. This study first reviewed literature of user interface and analyzed its basic and design concept, then developed teaching materials for user interface of instructional multimedia titles. They included a textbook, a teaching guide, and assisted media in the teaching package. An instructional design model was modified and used for the development of teaching package. The evaluation of teaching materials utilized two methods: expert review and field test. The experts, teachers, and students participating in the evaluation gave positive opinions and provided creative suggestion to the teaching materials.
