    Abstract: 在帶域精煉程序的過程中,溶質在即將凝固面上之濃度通常不同於溶質在液相中之濃度。凝固面排擠某溶貿而凝聚其它物質,因而導致分離的效果。本研究探討類比模擬器於常態凝固之精煉程序之應用,且常態凝固模擬器之構造、操作和教學表示式可適用於整個試樣捧。結果顯示常態凝固之模擬結果和實驗數據與解析解相當吻合。During normal-freezing process operations, the solute concentration in the just-freezing solid differs from that in the liquid at the freezing interfaces. Therefore, a freezing interface can push certain solutes, pull others, leading to performed separation. Application of analog simulators to normal freezing of zone refining processes has been discussed in this study. The construction, operation and mathematical representation of normal freezing simulators which are applicable to whole ingot have been presented. It is shown that the results obtained from the normal freezing simulation and experimental data are in excellent agreement with that from analytical solution.
