The study was conducted by in-depth interviews to 35 experts including senior volunteers for community services, teacher educators, and secondary/elementary school educators. According to the findings of the study, the curriculum framework of professional service learning includes: (1) philosophy and rationale ( 2 ) goals of curriculum ( 3 ) content of curriculum: types and arrangements, characterristics and learning activities, implementation procedures, resources, roles and responsibilities of participants, and (4) challenges.
