    Abstract: 近年來，日本想要在國際政治舞台扮演和其世界第二大經濟強國的相當角色。小泉劇場閉幕後，戰後出生的安倍首相的政策受到注目。因此，本文之目的是透過圖1來分析新安倍政權的東北亞戰略。研究結果發現，日本的《防衛白書》和《通商白書》站立於全然相反的立場來看待中國崛起。《防衛白書》顯示中國軍事威脅論和北朝鮮威脅論，而《通商白書》強調中國經濟機會論。《外交青書》則同時反映兩邊立場。因為日本擁有強大的經濟力量，所以經濟問題是否能和國際政治關係切割開來受到質疑。安倍首相的《美しい国へ》之內容和自己政權構想大致相同，這本書堪稱為新安倍政權之藍圖。
