Abstract:	面對全球自由化、國際化趨勢的世紀之交, 未來學研究學者提出, 新世紀的社會結構型態將呈現經濟整合與資訊整合的趨勢。在此資訊經濟時代中, “競爭—合作”的吊詭(paradox) 態勢, 以及高速資訊網路的“無疆界性”將使國際企業面臨全球市場一體化的未來挑戰。掌握全球經濟位移亞太地區、開發中國家迅速崛起的國際環境脈動, 與善用資訊科技、結合GLOBAL 和LOCAL 的“GLO-CAL ”導向個性化生產與管理, 方能使國際企業發揮競爭優勢, 在第三波資訊經濟時代成為時代贏家。
