    Title: 淡江大學甄選國民小學教育學程學生有氧適能測驗成績分析

    Abstract: 本研究的主要目的是要瞭解87、88、89學年度國小教育學程有氧適能測驗女生8公尺、男生15公尺的情況，並建議採用較客觀的體能等級對照表，研究對象共男生21人，女生111人，分析討論後獲以下結論與建議：
    一、女生8公尺跑走平均數256.76秒，落於全國常模19～23歲群百分等級8屬於優良的位置。
    二、男生15公尺跑走平均數為432.83秒。
    三、女生或男生三學年度間的成績都沒有顯著的差異，顯示學生的有氧適能呈現穩定性的發展。
    四、建議有氧適能等級對照表修改為：
    等級╱測驗項目 A B C D
    女生8公尺跑走（秒） ?254 255～289 29～32 ?321
    男生16公尺跑走（秒） ?444 445～515 516～579 ?58
