    Abstract: 排球運動發展的各個時期，都有在偶然性中為自己開闢道路的內在必然性和規律性，本文對排球運動外在運動形式和外在表現的分析，探尋了排球運動內在規律。研究得出：排球運動依據客觀規律產生、發展、壯大，排球技術、戰術也不斷更新、變化。隨著現代科學技術手段在排球比賽訓練中的運用，科學訓練和比賽已迅速地滲透到排球運動的各個領域。排球技術、戰術將朝著更加合理完善的方向發展，排球技術、戰術的指導思想也將永不停息發展，全攻全守是當今排球運動規律的體現。朝著全攻全守方向發展符合排球運動發展規律，促進排球運動發展，造就優秀運動員的需要。
