Abstract:	本丈以中國書法、繪畫兩種視覺藝術的發展流程作為背景，就其顯示的作用標的和呈現型態加以考察，一方面期能釐清所謂「書畫同源」的界義，一方面期能闡發書畫異體的實象，庶幾對中國書畫的內涵功能與外表形式在構成上所產生的糾結和劃割有較為實際的詮解角度出現，同時，對其受時代影響的未來之開拓走向，也提出了筆者深沉的關切。為此，筆者將中國書.畫的發展縱線，自遠古迄於近代，歸納成（一）同質同構；（二）同質類構：（三）同質異構；（四）類質異構；（五）異質異構；（六）異質效構，六個不等的流變模式，依據這六種模式的銜遞關係，指出其同異之間的落差量度和實況。並且提出了未來可能模式的擬測。
