Abstract:	自《金瓶梅》誕生以來，中國古典小說便發展出「世情小說」的寫作風潮。雖然歷來對於世情小說的定義不盡相同，但是率多承認《金瓶梅》與《紅樓夢》乃此一系列之兩大高峰，其他小說在藝術成就上則鮮有能與之婢美者。不過若就「以家族（家庭）生活為背景」的世情小說而論，寫於清初的長篇小說《林蘭香》，向來被視為兩大巨著間的重要轉折。本文擬就《林蘭香》的藝術筆法和思想特色進行申論，探究其於明清世情小說史上的位置。
