    Abstract: 泛黃的舊報紙記載著許多人類珍貴的文化資產，以及歷年課會生活的共同記憶，透過數位化處理後，可以在知識經濟時代子創造無窮價值。本研究藉由文獻探討、實地餐與和訪台調查方式，對中文報業處理報紙文獻的數位化技術和現況進行了解，提供各界有關回溯報紙文獻的管理與技術，期望對新聞數位化作為個案研究對象，進一步了解以數位化技術挑戰大量文件處理的食物經驗與成果，最終期盼對於建構未來全球中文新聞資訊共享之網路機制有助益。
