Abstract:	Delone和McLean根據一百八十篇文獻分析研究，發展出六個構面的資訊系統成功評估通用模式。（註1）然而，資訊系統評估除了考慮通用性質外亦應重視不同應用系統其本身系統之特色（註2），每種應用系統都有其獨有特色會影響其成功的評估。（註3）本研究擬從文獻探討與分析中找出適當的評估準則，並融合圖書館自動化系統之特色，提出圖書館自動化系統評估之模式。
