近年來台灣各地區異常降雨頻頻發生,降雨是否受全球氣候變遷影響而有變化備受關注,因其不僅影響防洪設施的設計標準,亦會影響水源的分配與供應。本文的主要目的即為探討台灣地區降雨特性的趨勢變化,所考慮的降雨特性包括年降雨量、各月份降雨量、不降雨日數、連續一日、二日、三日最大降雨量、連續最大不降雨日數、乾濕季降雨量分布、超過某特定降雨量的日數等,而用予檢測降雨特性是否有變化的方法則採用無母數Mann-Kendall檢測法。本文選取台灣地區北、中、南、東各區域降雨紀錄較長的雨量站予以檢測,以瞭解台灣地區的降雨特性是否有變化及變化的趨勢。 Climate anomalies caused by global climate change affect not only the design criterion of flood control engineering but also the water supply and allocation. The major purpose of this study is to detect whether the rainfall in Taiwan exhibit significant trends or not. The rainfall characteristics under investigation include annual rainfall, monthly rainfall, annual dry days, annual maximal 1- day, 2-day, and 3-day rainfall, annual maximal continuous dry days, wet and dry season rainfall, and rainy days exceeding certain thresholds. The nonparametric Mann-Kendall test is used to detect the trends. The rainfall gauge stations with continuous recorded from different regions of Taiwan are selected to investigate the trend.
