    Title: 以微波消化法處理垃圾焚化爐飛灰及底灰之研究

    Abstract: 傳統處理垃圾焚化爐中旳飛灰與底灰多使用高溫熔融或王水消化,然而兩者操作複雜且耗時甚久,藉以微波法來處理飛灰與底灰不但操作方便,更可快速消化並立即分析。本研究之目的為尋找消化飛灰及底泥之微波方法,參考美國環保署Method 3052方法,並針對飛灰與底灰的性質,選擇加入各種不同所需的酸並使酸最佳化,目前已能使飛灰與底灰完全消化,微波消化方法為取0.2g經研磨並通過200號篩之飛灰或底灰,加入3mL濃硝酸、1mL濃氫氟酸及1mL濃鹽酸後進行微波消化,最佳微波條件如下:微波功率410W、溫度控制於5分半達到 180.degree.C並維持9分半;消化完畢冷卻後,加入10mL飽和硼酸溶液,並以相同之微波條件進行消化。加入硼酸可使氫氟酸不致侵蝕分析儀器-感應耦合電漿原子發射光譜儀,飛灰及底灰之金屬含量將予以討論。
