    Title: 利用鉛206/207同位素比值追查工廠員工血鉛之來源

    Abstract: 人類使用鉛已有數千年的歷史,鉛對人類危害的案例很多,例如:因服用中藥造成鉛中毒,從事蓄電池工人因鉛腦症而死亡等。近年來,職業性鉛中毒案例時有所聞,勞工血中鉛濃度雖已逐年下降,不過仍然偏高,因此作業場所鉛之危害控制仍須加強,控制鉛危害途徑之一為尋找鉛來源,因此本研究之目的為:以感應耦合電漿高解析度質譜分析法(Inductively coupled plasma-high resolution mass spectrometry, ICP-HRMS)偵測鉛同位素206/207比值追查工廠員工血鉛之來源。血液樣品來自四家工廠,分別為製造鉛粉、塑膠安定劑、電池極板及電銲。以全血1ml加硝酸及過氧化氫各2ml分段微波消化後以真空加熱去酸及乾燥處理,再以2%硝酸溶解,減少溶液中固形物,適合高解析度ICP-MS分析,測定鉛 206/207比值。本研究所得結果顯示:四家工廠員工之血鉛同位素比值,除了安定劑工廠員工之血鉛比值偏高(1.1583)外;其餘三家比值近似於1.1387。又安定劑工廠員工之兩年血鉛比值不同,前年度之比值為1.1583,汙染源為原料C,後年度之比值為1.0824,經追查比對結果汙染源為原料A,原因為不良的通風系統。電池極板工廠員工之血鉛比值為1.1394,汙染源為鉛錠(比值1.1481)及鉛粉(比值 1.1200)。混合汙染中來自鉛錠熔融產生之煙塵造成較多汙染。
