    Title: FENTON程序氧化與混凝處理染整業生物出流水之研究

    Abstract: 本研究以PVA漿料及R94H反應性染料配製人工染整業生物出流水,以鐵鹽與H202加藥量、反應時間、攪拌速度等為操作變數,採瓶杯試驗探討Fenton程序去除色度與COD之差異,同時比較Fenton程序與化學混凝處理染整廢水。研究結果顯示Fenton程序對色度去除機制主要為氧化,於反應時間5 分鐘且低H2O2 與亞鐵加藥量條件下,色度去除即可達90%以上,但COD去除率僅約20%,意味著Fenton程序去除色度與COD之應用條件差異甚大。攪拌速度40 rpm 與100rpm對色度去除無顯著差異,Fenton程序可利用既有混凝設施進行脫色處理。COD去除機制主要為三價鐵混凝作用,而非氧化作用,因此, Fenton程序較適宜於去除色度而非COD。此外,Fenton程序與化學混凝單位鐵鹽去除色度及COD 之比值分別為1.2 及5.6,故Fenton程序於染整廢水處理之應用宜以脫色為主。
