    Abstract: 我們提出以連續波輔助光改善反射式半導體光放大器之波形失真。在我們模擬結果中,我們驗證此方法在放大光信號時可以獲得幾乎沒有光功率償付之成效。
    We proposed a method for improving the waveform distortion of reflective semiconductor optical amplifiers (RSOAs) by use of a continuous wave holding light. In our simulation results, this method is verified and it can provide the effect of no power penalty on amplifying optical signals.
