本論文顯示邊界元素技巧(boundary element technique)能夠分析在兩種材料界面上的裂紋 (bimaterial interface crack)。無論此裂紋是受到拉應 力、壓應力、剪應力或幾種應力同時作用,而且 無論此裂紋的上下界面是張開或是互相接觸,都 可以計算出裂紋的能量釋放率(energy release rate)G。在與目前已知的分析解作比較之後,發現 這種技巧所求出的G值具有良好的正確性。並且 本論文以這種數值技巧,分析層狀結構(layered solids)之間的界面裂紋在受壓應力作用下的能量 釋放率。 In this thesis, it is shown that the boundary element technique can be used to analyze the bimaterial interface cracks subjected to any kind of loading, e.g. tension, compression, shear or a combination of these. The energy release rates of cracks may be determined no matter the crack surfaces are open or in contact. These results are in good agreement with the pre-existing analytic solutions. As an illustration, the energy release rates for the interface cracks of a layered solid under compression are computed.
