    Abstract: 本研究已成功製得ABS+20wt% PC/(24wt%, 30wt%)鋁鱗片之金屬化塑膠,其中鋁鱗片之平均展弦比為156。由顯微結構觀察發現鋁鱗片在射口易造成層間聚集,在澆道的堆積較不明顯,而在澆口與基材之分佈則較均勻;鋁鱗片含量24wt%因沒有形成導電網路故其遮蔽值及導電係數較低,而鋁鱗片含量30wt%易搭接形成導電網路,故其遮蔽值及導電係數較高,在0~200MHz高達50~60dB,在1500MHz約25dB。
    The research has produced a metallized plastic of ABS+20wt% PC with 24wt% and 30wt% A1 flake and the average aspect ratio is 156. From the OM, we found the A1 flake clustered around the sprue but the runner did not, the matrix and the gate well-distributed. We also found the 24wt% which contain A1 flake did not form a conductive network, the 30wt% which contain A1 flake lapped and formed a conductive network easily, so the shielding effectiveness and conductivity coefficient are higher than the 24wt% which contain A1 flake. When the frequency is 0~200MHz and 1500MHz, the shielding effectiveness is 50~60 dB and 25dB.
