    Abstract: 本論文使用單一影像擷取設備取得車輛前方影像，透過最大的亮度梯度變化來偵測可能的車道標線，配合車道標線於動態影像上殘留的特性，建立車道標線軌跡(Lane edge trace, LET)自動偵測系統。即使標線為虛線或標線不存在時，也可以很正確的偵測出車道標線軌跡。在惡劣環境下，本系統仍然可以提供可參考的車道標線資訊。並且可以依據車道左右標線所建立的兩條直線方程式，迅速判斷車輛是否偏離車道。
