    Abstract: 自我調節釋放系統是指此一系統可經由感應外在環境的變化量,而將適量的目的物質釋出於目標上,以達到某種效果的技術,這種概念最早是由糖尿病的治療而提出。本研究中將尿素分解酵素填充於中空纖維薄膜模組CA-110之殼側,各種進口濃度之尿素溶液由管側引入,在不同進料速度,量測管側出口尿素與產物銨離子之濃度,由此動態反應行為,而模擬成自我調節釋放系統;理論分析方面,將系統簡化為三個完全混合之區域,考慮擴散傳送、對流傳送及反應生成量,得到三區域之尿素與銨離子之質量守恆式,並利用數值方法解此常微分聯立方程組,得出在不同操作參數下各區域尿素與銨離子之濃度變化情況。本研究中尿素與銨離子之管側出口濃度,其理論計算值與實驗結果相當吻合。
