鋪面服務能力或行駛品質之評量是鋪面管理系統中非常重要之項目，本文主要內容為回顧國內外高速公路鋪面功能性評估之文獻，選擇中山高速公路與北部第二高速公路柔性鋪面路段進行鋪面現況服務能力評分（PSR）試驗與鋪面糙度調查，所得數據整理分析後，建立現況服務能力指標（PSI）預測模式，以供國內鋪面養護管理單位參考。 This paper is to describe a preliminary study on the establishment of domestic pavement serviceability models using performance data collected from the freeways. This study was initiated due to the inadequate of pavement serviceability or ride quality related research in Taiwan. The content of this paper includes literature review, field experiments including present serviceability rating(PSR), and roughness measurements, and development of models.
