The goal of this research is to establish an integrated computer system for seismic
evaluation and rehabilitation of existing RC buildings. Two major emphases of the effort are:
the development of a window-based graphic interface to integrate the tedious evaluation and
rehabilitation process and the establishment of a rehabilitation methodology based on the
results of seismic evaluation. That is, the system should perform as an efficient tool for
seismic evaluation, upgrading design and post checking based on engineering experience and
    mechanics analysis.
