    摘要:   在水文設計上常利用降雨強度-延時-頻率關係(IDF)推求區域之設計雨量,然而在區域面積較大時,一般利用各雨量站IDF設計出不同重現期距之雨量,僅代表各雨量站位置單點發生之情況,無法考慮降雨強度隨面積增加而遞減之現象,而導致在實務應用上常有是否會設計過度(over design)之疑慮。因此,希冀藉由面積遞減因子之方式修正設計量。
      本研究之目的在於引入降雨空間關係與Gamma 分布(Gamma distribution)等理論架構,以建立分析區域之不同降雨強度、延時、頻率與面積大小之遞減關係。研究中,以高屏溪流域為研究區域,選取流域內36個雨量站,以南部地區歷年19場颱風之時雨量資料為分析對象,分別針對1、2、3、6、12、24、48小時等七種延時進行分析。研究中,先以某個雨量站當成點降雨中心,並逐次納入鄰近雨量站,即可分別得到不同面積下之點降雨及區域面積降雨,依序置換不同雨量站為中心進行相同之分析,即可得到所有可能組合案例之分析結果,利用Gamma分布可進一步推求不同重現期距之點降雨及區域面積雨量,即可建立研究區域之ARF。
      研究結果顯示,本研究方法可真實呈現出區域性之暴雨空間特性與面積遞減關係,而不同重現期距之暴雨所呈現出之遞減關係特性亦不相同。本研究並將提出以IDF套配ARF之設計降雨方法及建議,希冀可提供水文設計實務上之參考與應用。
      In generally , we use Intensity-Duration-Frequency curve to estimate for design rainfall.However,Using IDF-curve of gage that building in a basin to represented the areal rainfall of different return triod.It should be unable to consider that rainfall intensity decrease with increasing area and it also doubt that the design rainfall could happen over design in the real condition.Therefore,we wish to amend design rainfall by the area reduction factor.
      The purpose of the study,is to lead into the theory of rainfall spatial correlation and Gamma distribution.To build the relationship of regional intensity,duration, frequency in different size of areal.About data of the research,we select 36 gage that building in the Kaoping River basin,and using an hour rainfall data of 19 typhoon,with 7 kind of the retardation.The frist step is selecting any gage that building in the river basin as rainfall center, and adding the nearest rain gauge step by step to calculate the point and areal rainfall for different size of area. Using different gage that in the river basin as rainfall center can get the result of different case.
      About result, the method of this study can represent the characteristic of spatial of storm in a region and that the rainfall decrease with the increase area.The rainstorm of different return period also differ from the characteristic of reduction relationship. This study will bring up a method of design rainfall that using IDF-Curve.It should be useful for application and consultation of hydrological design.
