    摘要: 人類長期以來不斷地研發新的科技方法,希望藉以解決本身所製造的環境問題,但效果有限。事實上,行為是由知識與態度共同決定,若要制止或改變人類破壞環境的行為,便要先從改變人類對環境的思考方式開始。透過環境教育的教學,由知識傳遞、態度培養與行動養成等方向著手,改變生活習慣以及對環境的認知,才是根本解決環境品質惡化達到永續發展的目標。
    學校是人類所規劃與組織的特定學習場所,如能積極推動能源教育養成概念進而推動全面性節能減碳之行為。本研究即以淡江大學97 學年度修習環境未來之130 位大學部同學為探討對象,以講述教學(didactic instruction)的方式教導「全球氣候變遷」、「太陽能應用」、「節能燈泡」等節能減碳教學單元,探討講述教學是否適用於節能減碳教育上、影響學習成效之因素,並透過授課的過程與結果,提出檢討與建議。希望經由傳遞知識、建立態度與行為養成等方向著手,透過環境教育的教學,改變生活習慣以及對環境的認知,進而達到落實節能減碳之行為,才是根本解決環境品質惡化達到永續發展的目標。
    For many years, human are constantly to research and to development the new method of technology. Hope to solve the problem which have made by them. But the effect is limited. In fact, the behavior is decided on knowledge and attitude. Start to change the thoughts of human for the environment if we want to stop the damage of the environment from human’s behavior. With the instruction for environment education, passing on the knowledge, fostering the attitude and the behavior, changing living styles, and the cognition for environment are the foundation to solve the bad environment quality for reaching the goal of sustainable development.
    School is the designed educational place that is created and organized by human. If we have positive attitude toward the sources of energy education, then the impetus to the behavior of fully energy-saving and carbon reduction can be achieved. This object of 130 students for the Tamkang University 2008 academic year the college and university department students environment future, use didactic instruction on the designed two teaching modules for the “Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction” - “Global climate change”, “Solar energy utilization ” and “Engery-saving bulb”. Discussion about the teaching is applicable to energy-saving education to reduce carbon, the effectiveness of the factors that affect learning and teaching through the process and the outcome of the review and recommendations put forward. Hope that the direction is undertaken by knowledge passing, attitude building, action making, through the education of environment education, changing life styles, and environment cognition to completely achieve the action for energy-saving. That is the fundamental method to resolve the worsen environment quality and to reach the goal of sustainable development.
