    Abstract: 在洪水時期,水庫放水將使下游河道水位上升,不放水又會危害到水庫本體安全,所以建立一套計算水庫及下游河道演算模式將可以有效的控制下游河道的水位以避免災害。
    因此,本研究利用波爾斯水庫演算法與馬斯金更河道演算法,來建立水庫以及河道的洪流演算模式來避免下游河道的水位暴漲,本研究是以翡翠水庫為研究對象並且利用Matlab程式軟體來建立模式求解。
    During the period of flood, the reservoir turns on water and will make the downstream course of river water level rising, don''t turn on water and endanger the security of the reservoir essence, so build up a set of calculation reservoir and downstream course of river calculation mode will be able to effectively of the water level of the course of river of the control downstream with avoid disaster.
    Consequently, this research makes use of the Puls method and Maskingum method, build up the mode of the big current calculation of reservoir and course of river to avoid the water level of downstream course of river soaring, this research is to take Feitsui reservoir as a research object and make use of Matlab software program to build up mode to solve.
