    Abstract: 本文提出利用故障樹理論來評估以同步相位量測系統(PMU)代替輸電線路上之測距電驛之可靠度分析。同步相位量測系統可用來為監視電力系統狀態(包括線路電壓、電流大小與相角等)之用,以GPS-PMU為基礎之輸電線保護電驛演算法已經被證實為相當可靠的保護技術。本文以PMU做為345 KV輸電線路之保護架構,對輸電系統之硬體可靠度進行分析研究。利用故障樹分析程式,分析台電345 kV輸電線系統以PMU替代傳統測距保護電驛下之系統可靠度,進而提出適合台電輸電線系統之GPS-PMU型保護電驛系統的雛型架構,因PMU對電力系統之監控能力佳,以建議雛型架構即時狀態監測站,全天候對電力系統進行全面性之監控與保護,使事故發生後能迅速找出故障點並快速反應修復,便可於最短之時間內盡快得提恢復電力之供應。
    This thesis applied the fault tree method to the reliability analysis of the transmission line system with PMU protective relaying configurations. The PMU system can be applied to monitor the system status, including line voltage, electric current and Phase Angle etc. By means of real-time monitoring, the orientation measurement in malfunction of national monitored transmission line could be accomplished. The protective relaying configurations which based on GPS-PMU have been proved its reliability. This thesis applied TPC''s super high voltage transmission system as discussion object, then evaluate the performances of common distance relay and PMU. By way of the fault tree method and its simulation software, a research on the protective system’s performance of the TPC''s transmission line system was proceeding, in order to draft a suitable transmission framework applied to GPS-PMU protective relay system.
