    摘要: 本論文在探討壓電晶片振盪對流場中速度分佈之影響。主要研究方法為:從管道內流場速度分佈得到速度和頻率變化情形,及管道輸送機制與現象,掌握主動控制參數。 實驗過程中,利用一般市售的壓電材料作為致動裝置,擺放在方形管道內特定位置,並聯4片壓電晶片橫向排列,分別垂直設置在管道前端。使用波型產生器提供晶片特定振動頻率,於管道內擾動流場。方形管道入口則以小型低速風洞輸入特定風速之均勻流。實驗操作參數是以不同的風速搭配不同的晶片振盪頻率來觀測管道中流場速度分布的變化結果。實驗步驟是以流場觀測來做定性分析,使用熱線測速儀來做定量量測。在流場觀測上以雷射切面觀察流場定性變化,了解流場隨時間改變之情形,及各實驗參數改變時的趨勢。熱線測速儀除了量測各個單點速度,得到沿管道徑向平均速度曲線,並藉由高系統響應,探討各點頻率的變動情形。 研究結果顯示,壓電晶片在低頻振動狀態下對於流場有明顯擾動現象,高頻振動於頻譜分析中得到流場擾動傳遞速度高於低頻振動,但對實際流場混合沒有低頻來得有幫助。
    This thesis studies the influence of the oscillations of piezoelectric plate upon velocity distributions in a duct flow. The methodology in this thesis is to analyze the variation of velocity and spectrum of the flow field using the distribution angle of the velocity field. The transportation mechanism and the parameters of active control can then be understood with the knowledge of the flow field. In the experiment, we use a regular piezoelectric material as an actuator. The four piezoelectric plates are arranged in spanwise and set up in front of the duct vertically. In addition, an amplifier and a function generator are used to output the sinusoidal wave with a specific frequency in order to disturb the flow field in the duct using oscillation. Low-speed wind tunnel is used to provide uniform flow. Velocity distribution is measured using different experimental parameters, which are resulted from the various compositions of wind velocities and piezoelectric-plate oscillating frequencies. Qualitative analysis is obtained by flow visualization, and quantitative analysis is measured with Hot-Wire Anemometry. The experimental results show that piezoelectric plates oscillating in lower frequency disturb flow obviously. Although piezoelectric plates oscillating in higher frequency has faster transporting than those in lower frequency does, they do not help as much in flow field mixture as the lower frequency ones do.
