    Abstract: 本文旨在設計與製作盲多重障礙者主動式與互動式溝通器之軟硬體系統,以解決盲多重障礙者與外界溝通和操作電腦的問題。研究中首先進行非接觸式主動有聲溝通器之機構設計,結合CCD追蹤模組,完成自動定位功能,使接收面板可自動追蹤盲多重障礙者頭上之發射器,增加非接觸式主動有聲溝通器之準確性與方便性。其次使用接觸式微動開關,配合八方向搖桿機構與下巴控制溝通器之人機介面設計,完成接觸式主動有聲溝通器,提升主動式溝通器輸入的精準度。最後設計頭部擺動操控電腦之功能表,結合盲用視窗系統,完成電腦操控之軟硬體系統。
    此外本研究亦設計與製作互動式溝通器之軟硬體系統,方便任何不懂溝通表之一般人,依照患者頭部擺動八個不同方向的動作,敲打所設計對應頭部擺動方向之八個按鍵,都能簡易利用一個鍵盤與盲多重障礙者溝通。
    本研究成果可使國內盲多重障礙者能透過主動式與互動式整合溝通系統,擁有自主性資訊,不僅可提供盲多重障礙者使用有聲溝通器與電腦操作輔具,並可降低E化環境對盲多重障礙者之衝擊,從而創造更有利於盲多重障礙者之優質化無障礙學習與生活空間。
    The thesis aims to carry out the integrated design and manufacture of the active and interactive communication device software and hardware systems to solve the problems of communication with the outside world and computer operation for the visually impaired people with multiple disabilities. The mechanical design of the non-contact active communication device integrated with CCD tracking module has accomplished the auto-location function to adjust the infrared ray sensor on the head of the visually impaired people with multiple disabilities to enhance the accuracy and the convenience of the non-contact active communication device. Besides, the contact active communication device has been created using touchable micro-contact switch and eight directions joystick controlled by the chin to improve the accuracy of the input from the active communication device. Finally, the function tables of operating computer by swaying user’s head have been designed to achieve the system of computer operation by integrating Windows screen reader.
    The hardware and software based on the interactive communications system have also been designed and manufactured. It is convenient for anyone, who doesn’t know how to use the communication table, to communicate by beating the eight buttons of a simple keyboard corresponding to the eight different directions of the heads of the visually impaired people with multiple disabilities.
    The results of this thesis will enable visually impaired people with multiple disabilities to own the self-determination information through the active and interactive integrated communications system. The project results will not only provide the assisted device of audio communication and computer operation, and reduce the impact of E environment for visually impaired people with multiple disabilities. Thereby, a barrier-free quality of the learning and living environment can be created.
