    摘要: 本研究係以AB膠與片狀石墨製成導電膠,透過網版塗佈法於ABS鍍銅導電基材上形成突起方形結構,接著在導電膠上方黏著電極材料:介相瀝青粉末與氧化鋰鈷顆粒,製得一種可撓式鋰離子電池,其中方形結構間之渠道可成為電解質之流道,及藉由第一層與第二層電極作45°夾角之相互交錯,製得之雙層電極,可以有效增加電子運動路徑,及能使電極與電解質有較大接觸之電化學反應。經由三點彎曲試驗,電池模組可承受之最大荷重及撓曲量分別為0.66kgf及5mm。經由充放電試驗,雙層電極比單層電極可提供一倍之循環壽命,及增加10%~20%之起初電容量。另外,電池在有、無撓曲下,得到的氧化電位均為0.4V及還原電位為0.02V。
    This study proposed a novel manufacturing method is to make flexible lithium -ion battery. Firstly, make conductivity glue which consist of AB glue mixed the graphite flake, and then coat the conductivity glue on the surface of the ABS with electroplating copper treatment by silk screen printing, the resulting protruding tetragonal structure forms on the substrate. The following step is to stick two kinds of electrode material, green meso-carbon micro particles (cathode) and LiCoO2 particles (anode) on top of the conductivity glue.
    The channel between the tetragonal structures can be the conduct for electrolyte. The 45-degree intersection of the first layer and the second layer comprise two layers’ electrode, which can effectively widen the path of the electrons and can increase electrochemistry reaction between the electrode and the electrolyte.Through the 3-point bending testing, the cell module can be stood the maximum loading and deflection value is 0.66kgf and 5mm, respectively. After the charge-discharge test, the cycle life of two layer’s electrode would double than that of the one layer electrode. Also initial charge capacity increase 18%.Besides, the oxidation potential and the reduction potential remain respectively 0.4 V and 0.02V regardless if the battery is bended or not.
