    Abstract: 本文旨在進行盲多重障礙者頭控有聲溝通器之軟硬體系統整合設計與製作,以解決盲多重障礙者因無法發聲而無法與外界溝通問題。研究中研發了頭控人機介面模組、訊號處理模組、傳輸模組、追蹤定位系統與中英文語音(TTS)應用軟體,使盲多重障礙者只要輕微擺動頭部,即可發聲與外界交談溝通。
    本研究首先使用9個紅外線感測器完成序列埠(RS232)、通用序列匯流排(USB)和藍芽介面之頭控模組,並使用89C52單晶片完成程式運算微處理系統,以整合輸入系統之硬體架構;其次使用CMUcam1 CCD模組與BS2微處理器,完成CCD定位追蹤系統;最後以C++語言完成與89C52端拼音、組字和除錯等功能,並結合電腦端語音合成系統之有聲應用程式設計和撰寫,成功整合設計與製作了盲多重障礙者智慧型頭控有聲溝通器之軟硬體系統,並與盲多重視障者配合進行實際測試與修正。
    本文之研究成果,不僅解決多年來國內外蓬勃發展眼控與頭控系統,卻仍無適合盲多重障礙者使用之有聲溝通輔具的困境,亦可改善盲多重視障者輔具的應用範疇,以創造盲多重視障者優質化的學習和生活環境。
    The object of this thesis is to accomplish the integrated design and manufacture of head-controlled system for voice communication to visually impaired people with multiple disabilities. The result will solve the problem that visually impaired people with multiple disabilities can’t communicate with other people because they can not make voice by themselves. The head-controlled human-machine interface module, signal processing module, communication interface module, position tracking system, and intelligent Chinese and English TTS interface system are developed in this thesis.
    At first, nine infrared sensors, single chip processor 89C52, RS232, USB and Bluetooth interfaces are used to accomplish the hardware of head-controlled talking machine. Then, the CCD position tracking system is carried out by CMUcam1 CCD module and BS2 microprocessor. Eventually, the software of head-controlled talking machine is created using C++ and TTS system to achieve the communication functions of Pinyin, associating Chinese character, debugging error action and pronouncing English or Chinese character. The prototype is also tested by visually impaired people with multiple disabilities and then improved.
    The result of this thesis, can not only solve that there is no suitable assistive device for visually impaired people with multiple disabilities to communicate with other people, also can improve the field of application for assistive devices, and create the quality assured accessibility environment of learning and living.
