    Abstract: 本文為了解台灣鄰近區域國家的氣象雲圖狀況,包括日本、中國大陸等,定義出一個範圍內含有日本以及中國大陸的區域,規劃東經90到150度,北緯0到80度的範圍。我們再畫分出五個地點,分別為北京、成都、海南島、太平島、日本,並且在衛星上加裝GPS酬載,方便判定我們是否到達所要觀測地點通訊範圍。我們模擬Walker參數12/12/0、10/10/0、8/8/0、4/4/0和2/2/0的衛星星系分別在傾角80度、70度和60度時候的衛星連結狀況。比較衛星顆數不同時候,衛星連結接觸時間差異性。若衛星連結無法讓台灣獲得即時資訊,以儲存轉送功能輔助進而達到最大時間節省功能。再利用STK衛星模擬軟體,算出衛星之間的方位角、仰角及距離。分析探討資料數據可以應用在星上天線自動跟蹤功能的設計和應用,以及衛星功率自動調整的設計。
    This paper would like to understand the weather images of countries near Taiwan , including Japan and China , we design the zone that include Japan and China , so we draw up the map from 90°E to 150°E and from 0°N to 80°N.We choose five places: Beijing , Chengdu , Hainan , Itu Aba Island and Japan , we can determine if we reach the communication range by the GPS payload on satellites . We understand the result of inter-satellite links by simulating satellite constellation 12/12/0 , 10/10/0 , 8/8/0 , 4/4/0 and 2/2/0 with the inclination angle 80 deg , 70 deg and 60 deg respectively . Comparing the difference of duration time with inter-satellite links when the amount of satellite are not alike. Adding the capability of store and forward on satellites when inter-satellite links can’t obtain information to Taiwan real time. We calculate azimuth , elevation and distance between two satellites by using STK . To analyze the data we can apply on the tracking system of the satellite’s antenna and the power adjusting of the satellite’s transmitter.
