    Abstract: 美國Advanced Distributed Learning Initiative (ADL)組織提出SCORM標準,希望能將所有的教材達到再利用性、存取性、持續性、跨平台性、適應性、效率性,讓所有的學習者能在世界各地,各個平台學習符合SCORM標準的課程,ADL並提出CORDRA 架構,希望透過此架構讓學習元件能夠被發現與重複使用。
    MINE Registry為一個提供課程元件分享之儲存體,使用者可以註冊SCORM 標準的課程,系統會紀錄此課程的metadata,並且儲存課程,記錄課程重複使用的關係。透過搜尋引擎找到符合條件的學習元件及重複使用的關係。
    為了在搜尋時提供使用者更多可參考之訊息,本論文提出相似度比較之演算法及理論,希望可以讓使用者了解更多關於重覆使用關係的訊息,在所有相關課程元件中找到真正需要的部份,過濾多餘的訊息。
    The arrival of computer times has made a lot of changes, no matter in which kind of field, the contribution and influence of computer exceed that we imagine far, education is the foundation of all development, it plays an important role. Many researches hope expand the scope and depth of education, in order to reach this goal, we need to cooperate with the development of the computer and internet, and amalgamate education with the computer, make the educational function electronic. With the popularization of the computer and improvement of network application, there must be more studying ways and application supporting in the traditional teaching environment to meet learners'' demands, for this purpose, lots of studies focus on the on-line learning system, learners can through such way to get the education resource via the computer.
    We implement an on-line repository system which is based on e-learning standard; SCORM and following the CORDRA repository architecture. The system creates an individual identity for each uploaded course during the course registration. Therefore, the system can find out the courses satisfied to user’s requirements with a search function. Moreover, the reusability and similarity among the stored courses will be depicted by integrating the search results as a tree structure. As a result, it not only improve the reusability of courses , but also get more sharable resource through downloading the course has been done and uploading it to the repository for share after reediting ,it improve the plural value of courses too.
