    Abstract: 綜觀目前現行網路教學環境中,主要利用網頁的製作及網站的建立,將所要公開學習的教材,以文字、圖形、聲音、影像及動畫多種型態呈現於學習內容中,而學習者則透過瀏覽器的方式,上網學習,已達到學習的目的,或利用現有的應用軟體,如電子白板、電子郵件、視訊會議系統等,使授課者與學習者達到互動的關係,學習者利用群體合作的方式,一起學習或合作共同解決問題。隨著數位學習方向不斷的在修正,學習內容已成為目前數位學習的關鍵問題。本論文遵循SCORM標準與規範,即強調學習內容的可互用、易取得、及可重用等功能,並利用元件化的概念與詮釋資料的描述來分析與製作學習元件。另一方面,結合PDF的特性,即保密性、互動性、跨平台性、與廣泛格式支援,以便幫助落實學習內容製作流程的縮短及加學習內容的再使用性與互通性。
    The trend of e-Learning is changing. Learning content has become the key issue of current e-Learning. SCORM provide a comprehensive suite of e-learning capabilities that enable interoperability, accessibility and reusability of learning content. On the other hands, PDF is contains security, interoperability, cross platform, and multiple formats support of features. In this paper, we present a PDF based SCORM learning objects and metadata description to analysis and design the learning objects, which can help shorten and strengthen the reusable and interoperable of learning content.
