失效模式與效應分析(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis FMEA)方法,是一種防範於未然的可靠度管理技術,其目的是要及早消除可能的失敗.雖然FMEA已被廣泛地應用在消除已知潛在的失敗,增進可靠度與安全性.然而卻沒有應用在專案九大知識領域中,所以本研究目的試圖讓FMEA不單只運用在工程上,擴大其應用範圍,將FMEA應用於PMI 之人力資源領域,讓專案管理者能夠在整個專案生命週期執行前,及早建立矯正措施;然而由知識管理的文獻中了解到,知識管理已經是企業維持競爭優勢的重要一環,能夠做好知識管理,就能掌握贏的先機,所以本研究也提出知識管理活動運用在專案上,提高專案的競爭優勢.
本研究乃針對台灣電源供應器科技產業--康舒科技為研究對象,首先針對企業實施知識管理在資訊新產品開發之應用對組織績效影響為何?實施失效模式與效應分析(FMEA)與知識管理理念應用於新產品研發,不但能做好事前預防性工作,在設計與製造確定之前先探討,並釐清其中可能發生的錯誤與失效模式及評估對其上層系統的影響,藉以早期找出失效原因與防止措失,提高產品可靠度.

Failure mode and the effects analysis method, is one kind defends in not yet of credibility management technique, its purpose wants to remove possible failure early.Although FMEA already is been removing broadly have already known latent failure, promote credibility and safety.However but have no application in the project nine greatest knowledges the realm, so this research purpose tries to let the FMEA only make use of not only on the engineering, extending its application, FMEA applied in the human resource realm of PMI, let a project the governor can build up to correct measure before the whole project life cycle performance and early;However by understand in the cultural heritage of knowledge management, the knowledge management is already an enterprise to maintain competitive advantage of important one wreath, do a good knowledge management enough, can control to win of first timing, so this research also puts forward a knowledge management an activity to make use of on the project, raising the competitive advantage of project.
