在數位化時代的今天，當人們想要將過去的一些文件作數位化動作的時候，或許會碰到一些惱人的問題，那就是文字的不清晰以及美觀度的不佳，而雖然影像處理領域已經開發了許許多多不同的研究領域，也有了許多非常好的研究成果，卻尚未有人為了這個問題提出一個較好的解決辦法。本論文巧妙且靈活的運用了現在各個已經擁有相當基礎的不同的影像處理領域的技術，利用這些技術應用於文字類型影像的強化與修補，為這些不同的技術開發了一個新的應用的的方向，並將這些研究應用於一般大眾的日常生活，為一般大眾帶來更多生活上的便利。 People today live in a highly digitalized world. Almost everything has transform to digital format. Including the paper works. Yet, when people are dealing with the digitalization of old paper works, problems may occur. When these problems occur, people need to face a result that the digital paper works may have lower resolution or quality. The idea of enhancing the quality of low resolution or defected text image is a result of the highly progressed computer graphics technique in modern days. Our target is to enhance a text type image, even with complex background, which is not very neat or acceptable to human eyes. And make the image neat and nice. The algorithm we propose contains several well develop technique in recent days. Including image enhancement, text detection, text recognition, and image inpainting.
