摘要:	隨著經濟的發展，服務業已成為國內重要的產業之一，而知識則是服務業中最重要的核心資源。如何建構與蓄積知識資源在服務業的經營管理中應是最重要的策略課題。本研究目的在探討服務業中廠商的知識資源內涵為何，並建立一個知識資源建構與維持策略分析模型及其動態過程。在研究中發現，服務業者所面對的「任務環境動盪程度」與「知識資源複雜程度」是影響企業選擇知識建構與維持策略的重要變數，三者間的關係大致如下： 1.當任務環境穩定、知識複雜時，應以「萃取策略」來建構知識資源，以「轉換效率策略」來維持知識資源； 2.當任務環境穩定、知識簡單時，應以「套裝策略」來建構知識資源，以「機構化策略」來維持知識資源； 3.當任務環境動盪、知識複雜時，應以「組合策略」來建構知識資源，以「彈性合作策略」來維持知識資源； 4.當任務環境動盪、知識簡單時，應以「內化策略」來建構知識資源，以「依賴策略」來維持知識資源。 Along with the development of the economy, serve already one of the important industry of becoming the homes, and the knowledge is the most important nucleus resource in the servicing business.How construct and store the knowledge resource should be the most important strategy topic in the management management of the servicing business.This knowledge resource content that studies the purpose in inquiring into servicing business the manufacturer why, and create a knowledge resource constructs and maintain the strategy analysis model and its dynamic state process.At find in the research, serve "the turbulent degree of the task environment" that the operator faces is the important variable that influences the enterprise select knowledge construction and the maintenance strategy with "the complicated degree of the knowledge resource", three of the relation is mostly and as follows: 1. When task environment stabilization,the knowledge comlications, should construct the knowledge resource with"extract the strategy", maintaining the knowledge resource with"the convert efficiency strategy"; 2. When task environment stabilization,knowledge is simple, should construct the knowledge resource with"the suit strategy", maintaining the knowledge resource with"the mrvhsnidm turns the strategy"; 3. When task environment turbulence,the knowledge comlications, should construct the knowledge resource with"assemble strategy", maintaining the knowledge resource with"the flexibility cooperation strategy"; 4. When task environment turbulence,knowledge is simple, should construct with"inside turn the strategy"
