電視台商標在影片分類中，一直是相當重要的依據；馬賽克特效也是時常應用在保護青少年避免接觸不適當的影片畫面等情況，但也會造成視覺上的不舒適感。 在本論文中，我們提出一個取出影片中的商標進行分類以及對存有馬賽克特效的影片能夠自動偵測及修補馬賽克區域的系統。首先，我們由結構及色彩辨識兩種方法偵測影片中是否含有馬賽克；若有，則系統會紀錄下馬賽克內部區塊大小及座標，以作為辨識馬賽克下物件和修補區塊的依據。若是影片中不存在馬賽克，則系統會使用最小亮度偵測的方式，找出商標的位置，並比對圖片之間形狀的相似度並分類。 The television station logo in the movie classification, has been the quite important basis; The mosaic special effect is often used in protecting children or teenagers to avoid contacting bloody, crime or adult situations, but will also create visional uncomfortable In this paper, the purpose of this study is not only for extracting logo by structural and color recognition, but also to looking for specific object under mosaic effect and inpaint the mosaic scope. After retrieval the mosaic part in frames, we classify videos along extracted logos.
