    Abstract: 目前微機電系統已逐漸進入應用階段,以微型結構搭配積體電路製程所形成的微機電系統晶片,透過晶片整合的方法,可以製造出一個包含微機電系統搭配微處理器的晶片,可以用在各種方面。


    運作流程是使用兩個開發板,一個是發送端,另一個為接收端。發送端收集資料並利用IEEE 802.15.4,以無線方式傳送到接收端,再由接收端透過有線傳輸到個人電腦上。

    At present the MEMS gradually entered the application stage. The MEMS wafer is constructed with micro-structure and fabrication process of CMOS. By the wafer integrated, there have a chip with MEMS and micro-controller to be used in many kinds of aspect.

    The present paper mainly studies whether may use the accelerometer which is part of MEMS, with the operation of the embedded system, and wireless transmission. We can achieve the goal of remote controller. In order to test the varying degree the acceleration, therefore chooses the development board which Freescale Inc. produces, makes experimental environment which implementation for the present paper needs.

    The systematic structure uses two developments boards. One is test side, and another is receiving side. The test side is used the accelerometer and transmits by wireless that is used IEEE 802.15.4 to the receiving side. Then the receiving side use wire to transmit to PC.

    The goal of experimental is studies the accelerometer which is the detailed material, uses for to take implementation foundation. The goal of implementation is discusses whether may use the data which the accelerometer produces. Then we use the data to calculate and to estimate the position of present.
