    Abstract: 本實驗利用原子轉移自由基聚合法ATRP,合成出接枝鏈段均勻的PVDF-g-PMMA的接枝共聚物,並對接枝共聚合物,及其與PMMA摻合體薄膜做分析討論。
    第一個部份,利用原子轉移自由基聚合法製備接枝共聚物,並且在合成的過程中加入氯化銅CuCl2,結果顯示抑制MMA熱自身起始聚合有相當良好的效果。FTIR、NMR和LS的分析顯示,接枝比值隨反應時間增加而呈線性成長關係。符合ATRP的行為特性。
    第二個部份,接枝共聚合物,及其與PMMA混掺,以乾式法製備成緻密薄膜,或形態結構薄膜。以TGA、DSC、WXRD和SAXS檢測薄膜的熱行為、結晶型態和薄膜的形態結構。接枝共聚物薄膜,與其混摻薄膜,在相同組成比例時,隨接枝比值愈高,結晶度會提升,對形態結構也呈現特別的影響。
    This research works is focused on the synthesis of PVDF-g-PMMA of which uniform graft chains were formed by atom transfer radical polymerization. Also is concerned the characterization of the graft copolymers and their blends with PMMA.
    In the first part, the introduction of appropriate quantity of CuCl2 during the ATRP process proved to be successful in inhibiting thermal self-initiation polymerization of MMA. The chemical composition and solution properties were conducted by FTIR, NMR, static and dynamic LS. The graft ratio was found to increase linearly with conversion time. This reflected uniform formation of graft chain and typical behavior of the so-called living radical reaction.
    In the second part, of this research works, graft copolymers bases dense films or structural membranes were prepared by dry method. Their physical properties measured with TGA, DSC, WXRD, and SAXS. A very strange phenomenon was observed concerning the crystallization behavior in the presence of the graft PMMA chain segments. This was considered important in the formation of particular structure and morphology of polymer films and membranes.
