    Abstract: 離胺酸人體的必需氨基酸之一。因同時具有胺基與酸基,所以,容易形成兩性離子,對於一般的有機溶劑溶解性皆很低,而利用水-有機溶劑的共溶劑,提高離胺酸對有機溶劑的溶解度,在利用減壓濃縮的方式將水移去,令離胺酸的胺基與酸基因此而聚合,將反應後的產物,利用FTIR與NMR檢測並觀察離胺酸在反應前後的結構改變,並且,利用MS檢測其聚合後的分子量。

Because have a amine and acid meanwhile , so, apt to form the zwitterion , as to the thing that the general organic solvent dissolving is all very low, and utilize water - organic solvent of the co-solvent, it is to raise the solubility of the organic solvent for lysine , utilizing and reducing pressure , the thick way to contract move water, make the amine and acid reaction , the result after reacting, utilize FTIR and NMR measure and observe lysine in react structure before and after change structure, utilize molecular weight that MS measures it after polymerization .
