本論文針對甲醇生化程序作整合設計與其控制，首先使用AspenPlus完成製程的穩態模擬。擷取相關的冷熱物流資料，依照狹點技術的經驗法則，再使用SuperTarget進行換熱器網路的合成，完成甲醇生化程序節能研究。最後吾人使用AspenDynamics 針對製程中之分離單元分別以回饋控制與串級控制進行動態模擬。 This research focuses on the process integration and control of the methanol bioprocess. First, we used AspenPlus to complete the steady-state simulation of the bioprocess. The cold and hot stream data were extracted accordingly. Secondly, by using the heuristics of pinch technology and SuperTarget, we were able to complete the heat exchanger network synthesis for the efficient use of energy of the bioprocess. Finally, we used AspenDynamics to complete the dynamic simulations of the separation units of the bioprocess by means of the feedback control and cascade control.
