    Abstract: 本研究是經由溶膠凝膠製程,將無機單體四乙氧基矽烷(TEOS)先行水解、縮合反應成為二氧化矽,接著分別加入偶合劑三異丙基矽基丙烯酸酯(MSMA)、氟化矽氧烷(13F)、對二氧化矽微粒進行表面改質;之後再導入交聯劑DPHA加以強化合成出奈米混成塗料。
    混成材料的性質分析方面,利用TGA進行熱性質分析,鑑定所添加之比例含量,以Gloss Meter,Haze meter量測其光澤度,穿透度,霧度,清晰度;最後並測試混成塗膜材料之硬度、密著性。
    In this research, we used a sol-gel process to prepare UV-curable antiglare coatings. First the inorganic monomer tetraethoxylsilane (TEOS) was formed into colloidal silica by hydrolysis and condensation reactions. Then, added the couple agent 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate (MSMA) and surfactant fluoroalkylsilane (13F) to modify the colloidal silica. Finally, organic monomer dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate (DPHA) were added to form hybrid material.
    We controlled the composition of reactants (TEOS, HCl, DPHA, MSMA) and reaction time to study their relations and their effects on optical characteristics, morphology and physical property of the formed coatings. The particle size of silica and modified silica were measured by TEM and light scattering. The surface morphologies of the films were observed by FESEM, SEM, and α-step. FTIR and EDAX were employed to investigate the chemical bondings in the coatings.
    TGA were employed to investigated the effect of silica content on the thermal property of the hybrid materials. In addition, the optical properties, such as gloss, haze, clarity, and total transmittance, and mechanical properties, such as hardness, and adhesion of the coatings were examined.
    The experimental results show that with the increase of MSMA, the gathering of particals were reduced, and particle were founed to distribute evenly in the sol. for hybrid materials, with addition of DPHA, the gloss, clarity, and hardness increased and the haze decreased. By adjusting the MSMA and DPHA contents, hardness of the AG coatings can reach up to 5-6H, haze, gloss, clarity, etc. reach the commercial standards.
