    摘要: 本實驗為利用原子轉移自由基聚合法(Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization、ATRP)合成聚偏二氟乙烯(Polyvinylidene fluoride, PVDF)與聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Poly Methyl methacrylate , PMMA)之接枝共聚物(PVDF-g-PMMA)。藉由改變觸媒系統濃度與合成手方法,探討ATRP過程中影響反應的因素,使接枝反應能穩定成長。接枝共聚物以傅利葉红外線光谱儀(FTIR)與核磁共震光譜儀(NMR)定性與定量,並且利用毛細管黏度計量測接枝共聚物之本質黏度;利用凝膠滲透層析儀(GPC)檢測接枝共聚物的水力體積(Hydrodynamic volume);利用動態光散射儀(DLS)檢測接枝共聚物的粒徑大小,最後以靜態光散射儀器量測分子量。
    The present research utilized PVDF and PMMA to synthesize graft copolymer by the method of atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP).By changing the concentration of catalyst and technique of experiment,we had successfully avoid the latent period before initation,and made the graft polymerization grow up stably.The chemical structure of graft copolymers was confirmed by FT-IR.and NMR. And we use capillary viscometers to measure intrinsic viscosity[η] and GPC to measure hydrodynamic volume . The particle size and molecular weght measurement is determined by DLS and SLS finally.
