    Abstract: 本論文探討之主題,可分成兩部份,第一部分為改質紫外光硬化型聚氨酯樹脂之應用研究,第二部份為溼氣硬化型聚氨酯樹脂摻混顏料之應用研究。
    本論文第一部分先以二異氰酸鹽、聚丙二醇及2,2-二甲基醇丙酸為反應物,合成出末端含有異氰酸鹽官能基的預聚物,再以2-氫氧基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯與預聚物末端之異氰酸鹽官能基反應,將預聚物改質成末端具有碳-碳雙鍵的紫外光硬化型聚氨酯樹脂。接著將二氧化矽粒子以偶合劑三異丙基矽基丙烯酸酯進行表面改質,再以不同比例混入紫外光硬化型聚氨酯樹脂中,製備出有機/無機之奈米混成材料。並針對有機/無機之奈米混成材料的物理性質、熱性質及光學性質分析探討。
    本論文第二部份先合成出末端含有異氰酸鹽官能基的預聚物,再將顏料摻混其中,最後利用異氰酸鹽官能基與空氣中的水氣產生架橋反應,並應用此染色披覆系統塗佈於聚乙烯、聚酯織物表面進行染色,測試其耐水洗染色堅牢度及耐日光堅牢度。
    The research work of functional polyurethane (PU) has been divided into two different applications in this thesis: 1. UV-cured PU with nano-silica with silane coupling agent; 2. Moisture-cured PU with pigment.
    UV-curable PU oligomer is prepared by a NCO-terminated PU prepolymer with 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (2-HEMA). A PU/nano-silica hybrid is obtained from a blending of UV-curable PU oligomer and nano-silica with an aid of a coupling agent (tri-alkyl silane acrylate) and then is cured by UV-radiation. The thermal and optical properties are evaluated.
    A NCO-terminated and moisture-curable PU prepolymer is prepared by a conventional process of isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and polypropylene glycol-2000. Different color index of pigment are mixed with the prepared PU prepolymer matrix. The resulting colored PU prepolymer is coated on polyethylene (PE) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibers and is cured at ambient temperature. Its curing speed depends on the moisture content and its color durability on PE or PET fibers rely on the cross-linking density of coated PU.
