| Abstract: | 城市中有許多事物是單調反覆的在運作，但日復一日年復一年，這些單調反覆的事物已被我們習以為常，甚至忽略。我們每天生活變得呆板，思考受限於重複的框架之中，重複的動作使我們缺乏了一股幹勁。因此本研究開始思考如何將藝術融合在城市之中以增加城市生活的趣味，並深入地去討論如何利用一些簡單的手法、一些設計的巧思，一種結合了當代藝術概念的空間操作，去創造出一些特殊的城市氛圍，利用這些氛圍為我們的街道、這個城市創造出特有的韻律感，來改善這個城市的冷漠孤寂。在城市中置入藝術作品，也許可以豐富我們的生活，帶來思考的啟發，使我們的精神在不自覺中振奮並帶動城市居民的藝術素養，使得人們行走其中時，不再那麼的空洞、沒生命力。
台北市當代藝術館為台灣第一座推廣當代藝術的美術館，本研究希望能強化台北市當代藝術館的精神，將當代藝術推廣並發生在美術館的周遭，期望大同區的街景能有更豐富活潑的表現。並在推廣當代藝術的過程中，試著了解如何在都市公共空間環境裡面，藉由觀察某地區的人文歷史特色、交通現況、生活環境、氣候環境、地理環境、消費行為…等因素，創造出屬於當地居民的公共藝術空間，並期望能更進一步地利用藝術來推展「社區營造」以及「創造都市空間新面貌」。然而要做到這一切並不容易，有許多諸如「如何使當地居民和公共藝術空間產生共鳴」之類的課題；本研究希望能藉由透過將美術館或藝術中心的活動蔓延到周遭的街道上，使得街道被藝術所入侵，街道因而成為了城市中另類的美術館。
There are so many events working on monotonically in the city, and only in that way the city goes on continually. Day after day, those routines were regarded as usual gradually, even disregarded. Our lives become meaningless and boring, our thoughts are limited in the redundant frames, our energy is weakened by those repeatedly movement.Therefore, this research is based on issues of how come the city with arts would be, and surveys deeply of creating special atmosphere by some simple but designative ways combining with the concept of contemporary arts. For every street in a city, create its own unique rhythmical image and to decrease the coldness and loneliness of the city. Cities with art works may enrich our lives and also gives us inspiration of thought. Our spirits would be encouraged without awareness, and raise the art accomplishments of the livings in a city. The streets will be no longer empty and live-less when walking across it.
Museum of Contemporary Art Taipei is the first art museum that promotes contemporary art in Taiwan. This research is to strengthen the spirit of Museum of contemporary Art Taipei, and to make that happen all around the museum, expecting that the scene of the streets of DaTung area would become more and more vivid. During the process, we tried to discuss how to create a public area for local livings by observing factors like, the special of history human culture, the traffic conditions, living environment, climate conditions, geographical environment, consumer behaviors, …etc., and wish to improve building-up the community and creating a new looking for urban space. However, it is not easy to do all the mentioned. There are lots of issues like, “how to connect local residents with public art”. Therefore, the major task of our research is that, “let the streets be involved by art, and become a different museum of the city”, and by locating some art gallery or art museums around the streets. |
