摘要:	淡水的「殖民城市」印象，因為觀光發展所帶來新的商業行為進駐，漸漸的失去本有的特色，在這些階段中看不到屬於淡水強烈的在地特色，但從分析古蹟背景中可以看到城市的歷史，而文化經驗中可以看到常民生活。本文是藉由從生活地圖中去看到在地知識，也是一種傳達訊息的方式。並且去探討新、舊導覽方式之間的差異性。在觀光發展下，淡水古蹟園區開始招募志工來做解說導覽，藉由他們的生活經驗來告訴遊客更多有趣的事物。過去的導覽工作為文史工作者，所講述的以歷史、菁英文化、古蹟為主。新的解說導覽以及文化資產保護的觀念開始改變，解說可以變成不再是一些枯燥乏味或是網站上能查到的知識，而是將成是歷史與文化經驗結合，加入常民生活的部分，讓外地人感受到在地不同的生活體驗。本文是有關於淡水社區大學的「優質導覽課程」的課程經驗分析，本研究選擇用生活地圖去操作，這是一種新的認識地方與關心在地的方式，也可以看到繪圖者對於地方的經驗及想表達的目地。因此透過生活地圖讓解說者試著將自己想表達的事物呈現出來，藉由在淡水居住的人去體驗淡水生活之後，找出在地知識以及可以解說的新方向。這個操作讓在地的知識與經驗重新結合，找出不同的主題，透過這些資訊去產生新的解說導覽方式。這樣的操作經驗可以讓導覽解說員可以自己組成一系列的故事，按照編排的路線來講述自己的經驗，這樣比起舊式的解說導覽方式或是其她的導覽系統活潑生動。觀光化的淡水，透過解說者經驗為基礎的主題導覽方式讓人更加容易的去接受導覽內容及吸收，並且能夠更加了解這個地方的在地特色。從這十個地圖的經驗中可以看到新的在地知識正在累積，有更多的多元文化產生，透過這樣的操作可以讓導覽者找到新的解說內容，並且更活化在地知識的傳達。 Historical buildings are display history of the city , cultural experience are display the people''s life. This is by seeing from the life map in local knowledge, it is a kind of the way to transmit information. And to confer the difference between the new , old exposition. There is development tourism to Tamsui historic sites is recruiting volunteer to make the guide of explaining , they can tell more interesting things to visitor with their experience of life. The past guide work is a literature and history worker. New exposition and culture property begin to change, it is not only a silly story, but will become combined with cultural experience by history. Join the part of the people''s life frequently. The life map is a kind of new way to understand the place and care about local. Make the knowledge and experience to be recombined, and find out the different issue. Produce the new comment guide way through the information. In visiting Tamsui melting, accept the guide content and absorbed through what such special theme guide way made people easier to understanding, and the one that can know this place characteristic further in Tamsui.
