    Title: 柱位偏移建築物結構安全評估方法之探討

    Abstract: 工程界在興建具有地下室之高樓建築物時,有可能因「地界不明」、「放樣不準」或「工地管制不良」等原因,造成地下室柱位與一樓柱位不正之問題,亦即地下室柱昇至地面層時,才發現地下室柱位不符合建築線或不符合原設計之柱位,此時一樓柱之柱位一定需作偏移,以下簡稱柱位不正問題。本問題之處理方法需採用「柱主筋彎折」或「截斷柱主筋後植筋」二種作法。
    本研究首先探討柱位不正之處理方法,繼而以一實際案件說明柱位不正之結構安全分析方法,並發展數種分析技巧,有助於工界應用:
    1.以SAP程式探討柱勁度減少之程度
    2.靜力分析與動力分析對耐震能力評估成果之影響
    3.混凝土強度對耐震能力評估成果之影響
    4.反應譜對耐震能力評估成果之影響
    5.實際地震反應與耐震能力評估成果之相對應檢討
    針對某一實際範例結構,本文採用SAP程式模擬柱主筋截斷與植筋之現象後,以86年建築物耐震設計規範為準,重新進行該建物之結構分析以比較鋼筋量是否足夠,且進行耐震能力詳細評估以比較該建物崩塌加速度是否足夠。本研究得到「本建物結構安全應無疑慮」之結論,其異於以往鑑定報告成果。但經九二一以及三三一地震之地震強度分析,並與本建物未受損實際狀況比較,得知本文分析之成果為合理。
    本研究所獲得之成果可供工程師採用內政部營建署耐震能力詳細評估程式時之參考,亦即一般既有鋼筋混凝土建築物耐震能力詳細評估時需注意:(1)靜力分析或動力分析之地震力,(2)原設計或實際混凝土強度(3)反應譜之選擇(4)耐評成果與實際地震反應之比對。
    There are some problems of column erection error in the construction of buildings, which may reduce the structural safety. The erection error of dislocation often occurs during the construction period of basement and 1FL, which is induced by layout error, careless site management, and etc.
    In this thesis, it is discussed the structural safety evaluation procedures for buildings of column erection error. A practical case is also illustrated. The specialized methodology of the associated analysis is as follows:
    1. Using the SAP program to check the reducing stiffness of column of erection error.
    2. The influence of static analysis and dynamic analysis on the seismic capacity evaluation.
    3. The influence of concrete strength on the seismic capacity evaluation.
    4. The influence of spectra on the seismic capacity evaluation.
    5. The difference between seismic response and the seismic capacity evaluation.
    A complete analysis methodology is implemented, and a practical structure with reinforcing bar cut off is studied in this thesis. The seismic capacity of buildings of column erection error is then accurately evaluated..
