    Abstract: 隨著營建工程規模越來越大、工程介面多而複雜及施工工期不斷要求壓縮之下,面對如此龐大工程專案管理,若缺乏系統管理及技術之整合,對於工程專案成功與否,影響甚鉅。本研究以專案管理資訊系統做為專案資訊展現平台,運用型態管理制式化並有紀律管理技術,使得所有工程專案資料文件化外,並適時對執行中專案評估,以績效評估強化型態管理稽核能力,同時使資訊系統主動偵測比對專案資料,加以記錄、儲存、控制及管理,透過專案管理資訊系統友善介面平台,明確呈現出專案最真實之現況,讓專案相關人員做出快速而明智判斷,迅速解決專案過程所產生的問題。期使專案管理資訊系統達到智慧化成效,在不增加人力的條件之下,改善專案工具與技術,使得大型工程專案避免人為疏失,造成不必要之風險,進而順利達成專案目標。
    Today’s construction management of large size engineering project is facing a lot of complicate problems. Issues such as the project scale is getting larger and larger, project interfaces are increasing and getting more complicate, and the schedule are always squeezed are challenging every project manager.

    Therefore, in case of lacking efficient management skill and technology integration, the successful accomplishment of a project is not guaranteed. This research takes advantage of the project managing information system as a performing platform of all project related information, as well as using the technology of configuration management, to document all the project related materials, and execute evaluation at the proper times during the project. Reinforce audit capability by means of performance evaluation, at the same time, the information system automatically detect and compare all related informations, record them, restore them, with effective control capability and management.

    Clearly present the realistic situations of the on-going project through user-friendly interface. Which helps all the involving units / personnels to make correct judgements and solve the problem at the early time. Without increasing man-power, the system is getting more intelligent, prevent risks of unavoidable men-made mistakes, and help to achieve a successful project.
