    Abstract: 消波塊工程為海堤工程主要工作項目之一,為了滿足人力成本最少、充分利用人力時間、符合消波塊吊排進度需求、堆置場地空間等因素,期能在預定工期內竣工。因海事工程金額龐大,施工期間又受天候影響甚鉅,工期延誤除將遭巨額之罰款外亦將增加額外之成本支出,故有效地運用資源以得到較佳之工程財務管理,進而增加利潤。
    由於營建工程專案規模日益龐大,分工也越來越專業,為了能節省成本,便要能充分利用資源,俾使資源能發揮最大效能。若以傳統的經驗模式來排定人員及消波塊製作數量時,人力可能無法達到最大貢獻、對消波塊製作之數量亦可能無法滿足吊排之數量或堆置過多造成資金屯積週轉困難。故本研究可藉線性規劃方法求得最佳解,提供管理決策者能在科學理論基礎下決定最佳方案。
    線性規劃在工程領域已廣泛的應用於各種限制條件組合下求解最佳化問題,且已有不錯的成效。本研究提供四個模組來探討人力組合,求解各時間單元之人力與消波塊製作數量最佳化問題,在不同的限制條件下,各模式均可作為個別決策方案。本研究所建立之整數規劃模式利用LINGO套裝軟體解出各時間單元之消波塊製作數量,亦可作為管控消波塊吊排進度,俾能在工期內如期完工。
    Armored concrete blocks construction is one of the main coastal engineering.For satisfying the lowest cost of manpowers, meeting the requirements of armored blocks, and arranging the maximum space of storage,etc, we wish to complete the works before deadline. The amount of money of the coastal engineering is enormous, and the construction is also influenced by the weather. Any delay of the construction would cause huge penalty. Therefore to utilize the resources effectively will increase more profits.
    Since the project is getting bigger than before, we need more specialized labors. To reduce cost we need to make the most use of resoures for getting the most efficiency. If we just use the past experience to arrange the manpower and the quantity of construction armored blocks, we may not make the most use of manpopwer, meet the requirements, and therefore damage liquidity. This research intends to provide the project manager an optimal solution by means of linear programming.
    We develope four modules to solve the scheduling problem. We not only get the lowest manpower cost but also the armored blocks quantity of every time unit. Each module can stand alone to handle specific reguirements.
