    Abstract: 1993年,有線電視的合法化,加速了國內電視產業的發展,亦帶動了電視台購買海外版權節目的趨勢,以及外國節目市場之競爭,但也同時為經營代理國外影視產品設下更高的門檻。因而在有線電視合法與外片開放進口後,看似擁有多樣化選擇的電視頻道,其實仍隱藏著各大媒體集團為收視率與廣告收益考量,而犧牲掉閱聽眾們的收視選擇性。是此,本研究藉由整理國內電視台日劇的播出資料,並訪問日劇代理發行業者與日劇迷,欲將日劇閱聽人「購買盜版」和「網路下載」的行為置於更廣大的市場脈絡下,探討媒體產業的結構性因素,以及日劇迷身處其中的力量。
      研究發現,日劇於非合法管道的流通的確和全球盜版與網路下載的盛行有著不可避免之關係,但也點出了閱聽人對於日劇觀賞的高度需求。且在影視節目被引過的過程中,國與國、媒體與媒體、企業與企業間錯綜複雜的結構,讓閱聽人找不到可生存的空間;因此,日劇迷們藉由購買盜版或使用網路下載觀賞日劇,同時參與網路社群的各種討論,對日劇和相關的流行文化商品產生更深的了解,並形成戲劇評價的口碑,進而影響其他階層的閱聽人,最終對於商業機制來說,反而是為一種回饋。
    In 1993, the cable TV legalization, has accelerated the domestic TV industry development, also led the tendency of the TV companys to purchase the overseas copyright programs, as well as the competition of foreign program market. But, it’s also supposed a higher threshold for the managing agent overseas film and television products at the same time. Thus after the cable TV opening import, looked legitimately resembles has the diverse choice TV channels, actually was still hiding each big media group for the viewing ratio and the advertisement income consideration, but sacrificed reads the audience reception of TV selectivity. Is this, this research collates and reorganizes the materials of the domestic TV company’s date , and visits the distributor of Japanese dramas and the the fans of Japanese dramas, wants to put the behaviors of“the purchase pirates” and “network downloading” under the more general market vein, a to depict the structural factors in the media industry and the resistant force of the fans of Japan drama and determine the key factor of prevailing pirate behavior.
    In result, the research finds that there is a inevitable relations between the non-legitimate pirates downloading and the whole world with network downloading. But it’s also point that the fans of Japanese dramas have highly demands for the Japanese dramas. In the process of the films and TV programs importing, country to country, media to media, enterprise to enterprise intriguing structure, lets audiences to the space which the human cannot find may survive. Therefore, the fans of Japanese dramas purchase the pirates or use the network downloading to watch Japanese dramas, and participates in the network social group to make each kind of discussion, to make a deeper understanding to the Japanese dramas and the correlation pop culture commodity, and forms the oral traditions of Janpanese dramas. Then affects other social strata of audiences, finally regarding the commercial mechanism, instead is one kind of back coupling.
